Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the “Demons and Miracles” website and mobile application. By accessing or using the site or app, you agree to the terms set out below as well as the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this document.
1. Purpose and Overview
Demons and Miracles is a community-driven self-help, psychological, and self-awareness fantasy world. The website provides information about the game’s concept, while the mobile app (accessible with the same account) will serve as a collaborative platform where users can submit content, engage in discussions, and contribute to the development of the world.
User-submitted content may, with the author’s permission, be included in the final game or a collaboratively created book.
2. Registration and User Accounts
- Parts of the website can be browsed anonymously, but access to extended content requires registration.
- To access deeper, more personal materials, newsletter subscription is also needed — this is entirely optional.
- The same user account is used to log into the mobile app, where community content sharing and discussion take place.
- Account deletion is possible by requesting it from the site administrators. Deletion will be completed within 3 business days.
- Content submitted before deletion will remain accessible in anonymized form.
- If the submitted content includes sensitive or deeply personal materials, we will permanently delete them upon request.
3. Content and Copyright
- All content on this site (texts, images, etc.) is the property of the creator and operator of the project unless otherwise stated.
- User-generated comments:
- Are public if posted in publicly accessible sections.
- Are visible only to other registered members if posted in protected areas.
- The following types of content will be moderated or removed:
- Hate speech, harassment, or offensive language.
- Unsolicited advertising or spam.
4. Prohibited Content and Behavior
This platform is designed to be a safe and open space where users can share difficult topics (e.g. trauma, emotional struggles). Discussions involving adult topics are allowed as long as they are shared in a respectful and meaningful context.
However, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Shaming, exclusion, or personal attacks.
- Gratuitous violent or pornographic content.
- Content promoting illegal activities.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
- This platform is intended to support personal growth but does not replace psychotherapy or professional medical care.
- All content is used at your own risk and discretion.
- The operator is not liable for any consequences resulting from technical errors, data loss, or misinterpretation.
6. Service Nature and Future Paid Features
- The website and core services are currently free to use.
- In the future, parts of the collaboratively created products (such as the final game or book) may become available for purchase. These will be offered nonprofit, only to cover operational, publishing, and distribution costs.
