With its simple mechanics, the Encounter Deck offers a hands-on opportunity for one or two players to explore the modeled system of the D&M world: the path of self-knowledge and the art of productive coping.
It aims to show in a practical way how to face the many types of Demons, how to defend against their attacks, how to prevent their return, and how to develop a stable emotional state - standing as a solid support in the midst of life's storms.
The cards can also be used as a motivational tool.
